1. How do I clean my LUVIRI false strip lashes?

The best thing about our lashes is that with the proper aftercare they can be worn 30+ times, which is brilliant! To get more wear out of your lashes it’s best to use our Foaming Cleanser as it is free from oil glycerine, glycerol, artificial colour, ethanol, parabens, synthetic or added fragrances. Perfect for your natural lashes & our falsies.

When using the Lash Cleanser on our Synthetic Silk Lashes, apply one pump on the lashes and use our Lash Cleansing Brush to work the product in. Rinse with water and allow to dry. 

Once dry, pop your lashes back in their lash tray to keep them clean and dust free.

 

How long will my LUVIRI lashes last?

With the proper aftercare that LUVIRI recommends, our lashes can be reused and worn for 30+ times. To prolong the life of our lashes we recommend washing after each use using our Foaming Cleanser.

Apply one pump on the lashes and use our lash cleansing brush to work the product in. Rinse with water and allow to dry.

What are your lashes made from?

We are proud to be Vegan and Cruelty Free. Our lashes are handmade from Synthetic Silk Fibres.

Synthetic silk lashes are made with a plastic fibre called PBT. PBT is heated, moulded into the desired lash shape that sets as it cools. Giving a long lasting curl and style. More durable then mink or real hair fibres. PBT is the closest synthetic fibre to real hair.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 days from ordering. Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.

We use Sendle and Australia Post as our shipping providers.

New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory - 7-14 Business Days

Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory - 7-14 Business Days

Tasmania - 7-14 Business Days

Express Post can be organised at your own expense by contacting us directly.

What is your return and exchange policy?

LUVIRI is dedicated to ensuring our customers content satisfaction and establishing safety. Due to hygiene reasons and change of mind purchasing, we have a very strict policy of not accepting returned items. If you receive a faulty or damaged item in your order, please send us a picture immediately of the damaged item(s) as soon as you receive your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged and defective products are covered under our 7 day, money-back guarantee in which affected customers will have the choice of receiving  store credit or a replacement product sent out at no additional charge. Kindly note that original shipping costs will be non refundable. Please note that free gifts are non-exchangeable. Replacement products that are higher than the original cost, the customer will be responsible for the small price increase.
